Prugne con caprino e noci

Un semplice Antipasto... easy and nice looking starter

Ingredients

  • 4 hard prunes
  • - 80g sugar
  • - any goat cheese
  • - walnuts
  • - a spoon of water
  • - fresh herbs

Method

Wash the prunes, slice it on half and cook it for 15min. with sugar and water... Slice the goat cheese and fry it with butter or just simply put it under salamander to melt for few minutes.. finish with fresh herbs and grated walnuts...
time - 15min.
