- Pumkin oil ice cream:
- 1000g milk
- 200g double cream
- 80g milk powder
- 2 teaspoons trimoline/stabiliser
- 800g pumpkin seed oil
- 1 vanilla pod
- Zest of 1/2 kaffir lime
- 1 grated nutmeg
- 1/2 stick cinnamon
- 1 good pinch maldon salt
- - infuse milk, cream, stabiliser, vanilla, nutmeg, lime zest, cinnamon and salt
- - add everything else and then seperate between 4 tubs, freeze
