Seabass carpaccio

Cut fish fillets (sashimi) is placed between two sheets of parchment paper with olive oil and beat with a hammer until they become quite thin. If you dont have mango caviar , goes very good with pieces of sweet mango.

  • Seabass, mango caviar , olive oil, salt falkes, fennel foam
