- 1x segment of garlic
- Crushed chilli
- 2-3 tbsp of Sesame seed oil
- 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1x pack of noodles or
- 2-3 cups of noodles
- 3- 3 1/2 tbsp of curry powder
- Chicken sliced and any other meats wanted
- Sliced spring onions
- Pea's and sliced onions (about a small handful each on that one).

When preparing this dish you need to think about what your going to put into it what meats, veg ect what do you want in your chow mein for example... :P

Stri fry veg in tbsp of cooking oil fry till half done, add noodles fry for a minute to two mins, then add garlic. Crushed chilli, sesame seed oil and meat. Fry for a bit aprox about 3-5 mins. Then add curry powder fry for 1-2mins, then your finished, Bon Apitite! :D
