Teriyaki Chicken

From roasted chicken to stuffed chicken breast, chicken recipes are vast and varied. With a range of cooking methods and flavours to choose from, chicken recipes are a great way to exercise your chef skills. Why not give the following Teriyaki Chicken recipe a try?

Ingredients

  • 3lbs of boneless skinless chiken breast
  • 3/4 cup of LOW sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger
  • dash of sugar
  • A pinch of sesame seeds
  • 1/16 cup honey

Method

Pre heat a skillet with afew drops of oil, mix soy sauce honey and sugar mix till well combined
Slice chicken in a slanted position
Put in a bag and smash down to make it thiner
(But don't tear it)
Add to skillet untill 1/3 cooked
Add in teriyaki mixture and let sit
After the chicken has soaked in the sauce move to a heat safe bowl
After cooled you can side it with sticky rice
