The Chocolate Brownie

This is nothing like carlsburg this is thew best brownie ever #challenge

Ingredients

  • 275g Castor Sugar
  • 4 Free Range Eggs
  • 175g Butter
  • 225g 72% Organic Cocoa Loco, Dark Chocolate
  • 75g Cocoa Powder
  • 75g Plain Flour
  • 60g Cob Nuts
  • 110g Organic Cocoa Loco White Chocolate

Method

Method
Set oven @ 180C/gas mark 4
Cream eggs and sugar
Melt dark chocolate and butter together
Then whisk into the egg & sugar mix
Sift flour and cocoa then fold in
Add nuts and white chocolate
Pour into tray and bake for 20 minutes
When cooked place leave to cool
Portion chill warm through oven to serve
This will be a the best gooey brownie ever
