- 50g garlic puree
- 15g ginger puree
- 2tbs tomato puree
- 2 green chili (minced)
- 1 kg natural yogurt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2tsp toasted cumin seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 1/2 bunch coriander (chopped)
- Salt

Tikka marinade
was given this by my indian bosses wife, really nice supper
this recipe makes enough mix to marinade 3kg of diced chicken
Ingredients
Method
mix garlic, ginger & chili together
add to yogurt
add tomato puree, tumeriac, cumin seeds mix well
add lemon juice, salt and vegetable oil
stir until oil comes out at the side
add corriander
mix in chicken and marinade for 24 hours
