Chop and mix all ingredient and let it rest overnight.

  • Roma Tomato - 700gm (Deskin, Deseed)
  • Cucumber - 125gm (Deskin,Deseed)
  • Red Bell Pepper - 125gm (Roasted, Deskin, Deseed)
  • Garlic - 10gm (Chopped)
  • Cumin - 2gm (Roasted)
  • Olive Oil - 200gm
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 20gm
  • Xantana - 1gm
  • Salt/Pepper


Chop and mix all ingredient and let it rest overnight.
Blend all ingredient the next day and strain.
Adjust to taste with Salt and Pepper.
Once adjusted to taste, add Xantana and blend again.
