  • 1 1/2 lb Sugar
  • 10floz Water
  • 2oz Gloucose
  • 2tbspn Rosewater
  • 35g Gelatine

Method

Soak gelatine in ice cold water
Melt Sugar, Water and Gloucose
Add Rosewater to taste
Add Gelatine
Set, Portion and roll in icing sugar
