Annual Seminar Chocolate Ambassadors UK&Ireland
On the 21st of March 2019, 11 members of the prestigious Chocolate Ambassadors Club from the United Kingdom & Ireland, will gather for their annual seminar at the Chocolate Academy centre Banbury, in order to share their skills about confectionery and patisserie .
We will follow them during this event and broadcast some exclusive videos created on the same day. Tune into the Staff Canteen channels to learn new chocolate techniques realized on the day by highly skilled professionals.
The techniques will cover a wide range of craft from chocolate decorations to glazing patisseries and moulding bonbons plus some surprises. Any questions on the techniques are more than welcome during the day, as the Chocolate Ambassadors will be available to share further knowledge.

The Chocolate Ambassadors Club unites almost 200 chefs, pastry chefs and confectioners of international reputation.
