Gareth Ward, Lee Westcott, Josh Eggleton, Anna Hansen and John Javier on upcoming London brasserie's guest chef line-up

This April, Adamo will launch Revolve - a vibrant, modern brasserie in the heart of the City. Opening in Broadgate in partnership with British Land, the restaurant will take its inspiration from the much-loved brasseries of Paris and New York.

Revolve will also host a unique monthly guest chef programme, with renowned chefs Lee Westcott, John Javier, Anna Hansen, Josh Eggleton and Gareth Ward confirmed for the launch.

Located in the award-winning 100 Liverpool Street, the all-day menu at Revolve will focus on simple, accomplished brasserie classics with British provenance at its heart, transforming from a bustling weekday spot for city workers to an energetic dining destination with ticketed chef dinners on weekends.

An exceptional cocktail list by an award-winning bar team, as well as a stunning wine list, will make this a destination of choice throughout the week.
Revolve’s guest chef series will give the City access to a unique, rotating line-up of some of the world’s top culinary superstars – from cutting edge, up-and-coming talent to established Michelin-starred chefs – who will come from across the UK and far beyond to to bring a new wave of dishes to the Revolve menu each month.

Confirmed so far is Lee Westcott (formerly of Michelin-starred Pensons and The Typing Room) who will open the series, followed by John Javier (17 Little Portland St, Formerly of MASTER, Sydney), Josh Eggleton (Michelin-starred Pony Restaurant Group), Anna Hansen (Formerly of The Modern Pantry) and the newly-appointed two Michelin-starred Gareth Ward (Ynyshir Restaurant and Rooms).

For their monthly run, each chef will introduce four unique guest chef dishes to the brasserie menu, alongside creating one-off lunches, dinners and private dining experiences at Revolve, marking a significant addition to Broadgate’s culinary landscape.

Located adjacent to Liverpool Street station in the heart of the City of London, Broadgate is a well-connected hub for work, shopping, and dining. It is the largest pedestrianised neighbourhood in central London, and home to an exciting landscape of hospitality options.

Tris Hillier, CEO of Adamo, commented: “Revolve is our Brasserie Extraordinaire! All the buzz, excitement and energy of the classic brasserie format to delight the City crowd, with an additional layer of unique culinary excellence. We wanted to create a local brasserie with heart, soul and vibrancy where everyone could enjoy wonderful wines and exceptional food but importantly, we also wanted some flexibility to invite our industry Chef friends down to showcase their talents. The concept of Revolve was born and we look forward to sharing fantastic times in the City.”

Alice Keown, Head of F&B leasing at British Land, commented: “We’re thrilled to partner with Revolve to open its first ever restaurant at Broadgate. This innovative concept will be the first of its kind in the City, offering an all-day brasserie menu, and transforming into a destination on the weekends. As workers continue to return to offices, this provides the perfect place to catch up with colleagues during the day and friends in the evening.

Andrew Fishwick, Chair of Adamo, is excited to bring this vision to reality: “The concept of partnering with talent of this calibre, gives us a truly unique opportunity to create a dynamic, vibrant offering to Broadgate. This feels more necessary now than at any other time.”
