EXCITING NEW INITIATIVES PLANNED AS HOSPITALITY 2011 PUTS FOCUS ON EQUIPMENT INNOVATION

The event, which takes place at the NEC Birmingham from January 24th-26th, will provide a comprehensive overview of the most up-to-date catering equipment in its new CESA Innovation Zone.
This new CESA initiative is designed to highlight product innovation and emerging trends in catering equipment for the year ahead.
CESA represents more than 140 companies supplying commercial catering equipment – from utensils to full kitchen schemes. Hospitality 2011 has a record number of CESA exhibitors, more than twice the number than in 2009.
Toby Wand, Group Event Director at Fresh RM, said: “This is a great opportunity for suppliers to let thousands of visitors from across the foodservice and hospitality sectors view their latest range of catering equipment. Hospitality 2011 also provides the industry with the chance to see for themselves the latest developments in terms of product innovation. Visitors will be able to network with industry contacts, source inventive ideas and pick up tips to improve their business performance.”
Other new initiatives for Hospitality 2011 include:
-       A CEDA (Catering Equipment Distributors Association) regional meeting and an FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International) branch meeting will be held at the show
-       Catering Equipment Networking Dinner in association with CEDA, CESA and FCSI is being staged at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole Hotel on January 25th. The evening, which includes a three-course meal and entertainment, starts with a champagne reception at 7pm.
-       A visitor panel from the London Organising Committee of the Olympic & Paralympic Games (LOCOG) is attending the CESA Innovation Zone
Keith Warren, Director of CESA adds: “This is a real opportunity for catering equipment suppliers to argue their case direct with the decision makers for London 2012.”
The largest UK hospitality and foodservice event running next year, Hospitality 2011 provides an opportunity for visitors to enhance the performance of their business. Hospitality 2011 will be the only UK event of 2011 appealing to a nationwide audience of senior hospitality and foodservice decision-makers and will attract a 12,000-strong audience.
Companies interested in exhibiting at Hospitality 2011 and getting in front of key, senior decision makers should contact Andrew Pantelli on 020 7886 3055 or look at www.hospitalityshow.co.uk for further information. Visitors can also register for free tickets to attend, saving the £20 entry fee, at the same website.
