Joseph Fallowfield offers a delicious autumnal recipe in the Autumn/Winter edition of Seasons, Seasonally British Menus by Cricket St Thomas.

This decadent dish combines thinly sliced floury potatoes, creamy double cream, savoury smoked bacon, and aromatic garlic and onion, layered with slices of Cricket St Thomas Camembert.

Baked slowly at 140°C for approximately 4 hours, this dish delivers a perfect blend of creamy and crispy textures, and stand out flavour.
