Nurturing the hospitality talent of the future - The Villeroy & Boch Luxembourg trip

Renowned for nurturing young talent in the hospitality sector, each year Villeroy & Boch takes the winners of the Master Chefs of Great Britain Young Chef of the Year, the British Culinary Federation Young Chef of the Year, the Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Award Achievers and the Acorn Scholar of the Year to Luxembourg and Germany for a 2-day study tour.

This year, the trip included a visit to the Villeroy & Boch production and decoration centres in Mettlach, lunch at Castle Saareck, a visit to the Villeroy & Boch museum and culminated in a dinner at the Windsor Restaurant in Luxembourg. The next day followed with a showroom visit, al fresco lunch at Restaurant Aubergine and completed with a walking tour of the historic Luxembourg City.
