Paulig PRO launches vibrant contemporary Indian concept to help operators unlock £2bn market opportunity

Contemporary Indian has established itself as a mainstream offering in the UK, gaining more popularity than other global cuisines such as Mexican, Thai and Greek[1]. This new wave fuses traditional Indian flavours – delivered in curry houses for almost half a century – with modern OOH eating habits influenced by the ‘street food’ revolution and ‘global fusion’ trend.
