Royal Lancaster London Awarded 50th Position The Sunday Times ‘Top 100 Companies to Work

Royal Lancaster London has been awarded 50th position in the acclaimed Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for 2020.

This is the fifth consecutive year that the hotel has been included in the list and General Manager Sally Beck could not be more proud: “We are ecstatic to have maintained a spot in these prestigious awards for five consecutive years. Despite a challenging year, we have recruited over 150 new team members and reduced our overall staff turnover, all whilst maintaining a happy and motivated team! For us to be positioned in the Top 50 is incredible!”

The Sunday Times ranks Britain's best companies to work for based on a number of criteria. It is mainly centred on surveys of employee satisfaction; hence is a true reflection of the people whose hard work builds the success of the organisation and determines the position and inclusion in the list.

Royal Lancaster London is dedicated to continual and significant investment in its employees by prioritising their development; thus is delighted that this hard work has been rewarded for another year running.
