Hello Chef,
I hope you had a good weekend; I was at the farm again, here’s an updated picture of bacon, sausage and chop!

Mushrooms & Truffles
Girolles are still going strong; Polish Girolles are fresh, small and affordable and Scottish Girolles are still well formed with an apricot-pine aroma and beautiful colour and texture.  We have a new variety of Pleurote / Grey Oyster mushrooms fromFrance, which are more presentable than our English variety; well formed with a dark rim around the edge.
Black Italian Summer Truffles are still going strong and available through out August before we move forward to the Autumn season.
