BBQ Chicken Wings

From roasted chicken to stuffed chicken breast, chicken recipes are vast and varied. With a range of cooking methods and flavours to choose from, chicken recipes are a great way to exercise your chef skills. Why not give the following BBQ Chicken Wings recipe a try? Easy recipe for delicious and simple - the perfect finger food


  • 200ml ketchup
  • 3tbsp Master Stock Base
  • 100ml Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • ¼ Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ Cayenne pepper
  • Handful of spring onions
  • Sprinkle of coriander
  • Sprinkle of sesame seeds
  • Drop of water (if required)


1. Boil the chicken wings.
2. Mix together in a bowl the ketchup, Master Stock, soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice, paprika and pepper, along with a drop of water if needed.
3. Fold the chicken wings into the mixture to coat. 4. Pour contents into suitable tray, and cook through in oven for 10-15 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, and sprinkle over the spring onion, coriander, and sesame seeds.
6. Your BBQ chicken wings are now ready to serve.
