Ingredients

  • prosciutto ham 2 slice
  • pickled beetroot round slice 1
  • goatcheese 50 gm
  • mix salad 25 gm
  • balsamic 100ml
  • chives
  • corgettes 1 slice
  • oil salt pepper
  • lemon juice

Method

1.reduce the balsamic until thick consitency.
2.slice pickled beetroot .
3.corgettes sliceand marinate with olive oil sat pepper ,and grillthe crogettes. dont over cook . it should be crunchy it taste .
4.mixed the mix salad in salad bowl. with olive oil and little lemon juice. salt and pepper.
5. and arrange in plate as per the picture as shown.
