strawberry and chocolate cheese cake(no baked)

this reciepe made by me . to my wife for birthday .she likes very much cheese ,chocolate and strawberies.this is very perfect of cheese chocolate and strawberries. but its very rich cake.


  • cream cheese 1kg
  • dark chocolate 500gm
  • strawberry fresh 250gm
  • whip cream 300ml
  • sugar castor 400gm
  • digestive biscuits 200gm
  • butter 150gm
  • white chocolate 200gm


Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the melted butter . Press into a 18cm (7 in) cake tin and refrigerate.
Whip cream until soft creamy stage. melt the dark chocolate in micro oven or double boiller.
Beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar together. Fold in cream/ melted chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. keep half of cream chese for second layers.
Spread into tin on top of crushed biscuits. Freeze for one hour.
chopped strawberries mixed with cream cheese and white chocolate fold together.put on second layer in ring..
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then serve.
