- 500g soft butter(a)
- 3tsp salt(b)
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper(b)
- 600g soft flour(b)

Cheddar cookies
Crumbly biscuit, nice canapé, with a little goats cheese mousse.
Ingredients
Method
Mix (a) together, then sieve and slowly add (b) to make a soft dough.
Roll into logs, and chill.
For an extra texture, pane the logs before slicing, and baking at 160C for 6-8 minutes.
