- 250g plain flour
- 2g baking soda
- pinch salt
- 170g unsalted butter
- 220g brown sugar
- 100g caster sugar
- 15ml vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 335g bake stable chocolate chips

i use bake stable choc chips, but you can use normal chocolate chips
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 165°C, grease baking sheets or line with baking parchment
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
In a bowl, cream together thebutter and sugars until well blended.
mix in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips. place cookies onto baking sheet about large gap
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly toasted
