  • 50g flour
  • 50ml orange juice
  • 1 orange, finely zested
  • 50g butter

Method

preheat oven 160°C
Sift icing sugar and flour together pour in the orange juice and zest and mix together until well combined.
Pour in the melted butter and continue to mixing until smooth.
Spread the mixture thinly, using a palette knife onto slip mat and cook until golden
