- 625g butter
- 625g dark vahlrona chocolate 70%
- 10 eggs
- 840g caster sugar
- 365g T45 flour
- 400g pecan nuts broken up
- 1 vanilla pod seed only

Method
Melt butter and chocolate in microwave
Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla
Mix chocolate into eggs
Fold in the flour and nuts
Then in a parchment lined shallow tray, sprayed with oil spread mix out flat and bake @ 180c for 18 minutes and check, should be still a little soft not hard and dry
Cool in the fridge for 3 hours, then portion
Keeps in fridge for up to 1 week in airtight container
