Pear Sorbet

Pear sorbet

Ingredients

  • 500g pear puree
  • 10g lemon juice
  • 500g pacolag
  • 2 g green food colouring

Method

1. Bring all to the boil and mix all together and freeze in pacojet containers
2. Freeze for 24 hours then churn
