- 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature.
- 3/4 cup Sugar.
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar.
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Callebaut Dark Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup Callebaut Milk Chocolate Chunks

Preheat oven to 350f
Prepare a baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl or with an electric mixer, cream the butter and both sugars.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Add the vanilla extract.
Sift together and add to the mixture.
Mix until the dough just comes together.
By hand, fold in the chocolate chunks.
Scoop cookie dough with a large spoon onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes for gooey cookies.
Bake for 9-10 minutes for crisper cookies.
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
