- 2lb Caster sugar
- 6oz Butter
- 2 can Condensed milk
- 0.5 pint Milk
- 11oz Chocolate (milk or white)

Method
Dissolve the butter in milk and butter.
Melt chocolate in Bain Marie.
Add condensed milk and very gently cook until golden sandy in colour and the bubbles are thick.
Pour into double cling film lined tray and leave to cool before cutting.
