Eggless pasta dough

Handy for allergic folk....

Ingredients

  • 335g semolina flour (A)
  • 3g salt(A)
  • 15ml olive oil (b)
  • 120ml warm water (C)

Method

Make a well in (A) and add (B) and half of (C), mix well until a crumbly dough forms, then keep adding the rest of (C) until the mix becomes stiff. Knead for 10-15 minutes, then rest for 20 minutes.
