- 70g yeast
- 1.5 litres warm water
- 60g salt

Method
mix the yeast into the warm water.
put the flour and salt into mixing bowl.
start to mix, and slowly add the wet mix.
once all is incorporated, mix for a further 2 minutes.
divide into 6 batches, and roll to round, flat loaves. drizzle with olive oil, and using 2 fingers, push several holes into the breads in lines. prove 5 minutes, then drizzle with olive oil again, and push rosemary into the holes again.prove 5 more minutes, and push holes again, before cooking at 170C for 15 minutes. drizzle again with oil, and cook for another 10 minutes.
