Honey Marinated Feta Cheese

MIX ALL WET INGREDIENTS WELL TOGETHER, THEN LIGHTLY TOSS AS MUCH AS IS REQUIRED OVER THE CRUMBLED FE

Ingredients

  • 2kg FETA CHEESE - USE ONLY GOOD QUALITY & NOT TOO SALTY! - CRUMBLED INTO CUBES BY HAND
  • WET INGREDIENTS
  • 400ml ( 2 cups ) OLIVE OIL
  • 100ml ( 1 cup ) BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 100ml LEMON JUICE
  • 1 cloves GARLIC - EACH CUT IN HALF ONLY
  • 3 sprigs ROSEMARY - BRUISED SLIGHTLY
  • 1 tablespoon LIQUID HONEY

Method

MIX ALL WET INGREDIENTS WELL TOGETHER, THEN LIGHTLY TOSS AS MUCH AS IS REQUIRED OVER THE CRUMBLED FETA CHEESE - DO NOT MAKE TOO WET.
COVER, DATE/LABEL AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL REQUIRED.
