nice little petit four to end the meal..

Ingredients

  • 10 Eggs
  • 500g Caster Sugar
  • Zest of 3 oranges
  • 300g flour
  • 5g Baking Powder
  • 200g melted butter

Method

In a machine bowl whisk the eggs with the caster sugar until sabyon consistency. Add the flour, baking powder and orange zest. Slowly add melted butter. pipe the mixture into the madeline moulds and bake in the oven at 180C degrees for 6 to 8 minutes untill golden or firm to touch.
