- 125ml apple juice
- 125ml oats
- 125ml 1% fat cottage cheese
- 125ml fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 30ml pure maple syrup
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 125ml strawberries, sliced
- 15ml almond flakes
Ingredients
Method
In a bowl, soak the oats and the apple juice for 12 hours.
Stir the cottage cheese, yoghurt and maple syrup.
Add the apple and half of the strawberries, and gently mix.
Divide into two servings.
Garnish with the rest of the strawberries and almond flakes.
