- • 600 g cauliflower
- • 200 g cooked ham, diced
- • parsley, finely chopped
- • ground nutmeg
- • cayenne pepper

Method
Cut the cauliflower into chunks and prepare in the combi-steamer for 3 minutes at 100°C.
Combine the cauliflower with the gratin and cooked ham.
Add parsley and season with nutmeg and cayenne pepper, bake in a shallow oven dish for 15 minutes at 210°C.
