- 600g Aviko Sweet Potato Fries
- 1 Romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
- 1 Can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 4-6 Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- Fresh minced parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- 100g Tzatziki

Method
Mix together the chickpeas, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil parsley, salt and lemon. Place in the fridge to marinate.
Cook Aviko Sweet Potato Fries as per pack instructions.
Layer up the lettuce, sweet potato fries and chickpea mix and serve.
