Potato Gratin with Spinach and Prawns

Serves 10 as a main course or 20 as a starter or side dish.

Ingredients

  • • 1.5 kg Aviko Cream & Cheese Gratin
  • • 400 g king prawns (raw)
  • • 200 g frozen spinach (thawed & drained)
  • • lime zest
  • • ground coriander

Method

Combine the gratin with the prawns and spinach.

Season with lime zest and ground coriander.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 220°C in a shalllow baking tray.
