red pepper syrup

can be used for sweet or savoury applications

Ingredients

  • 5 red peppers
  • 290g sugar
  • 130 ml water.

Method

robo all ingredients together, for 2 minutes.
pass through sieve, into a small pan. heat to a gentle boil. skim, and reduce to desired consistency. sieve again and retain in a squeezy bottle.
