Sous vide duck egg recipe by Daniel Watkins. A very quick recipe with a fantastic result; this is a part of a nicoise salad.

Ingredients

  • duck eggs
  • maldon sea salt
  • smoked olive oil

Method

have your duck eggs at room tempurture
set sous vide to 63*
cook for 55 minutes
crack the top, if only using just the yolk seprate gently then season with a little sea salt & smoked olive oil
