White Russian granita

Part of a chocolate dessert.

Ingredients

  • 200g vodka
  • 300g water
  • 200g milk
  • 200g coconut milk
  • 400g stock syrup.

Method

Mix all ingredients and pour into a shallow tray. Place into the freezer, and stir every 20 minutes with a fork until ice crystals form. Once all the mix is crystals, place into a tub with a lid and keep frozen until ready to serve.
