BOTTENE BRING FRESH PASTA TO YOUR MENU

Cuisinequip, sister company to Valentine Equipment Ltd, are delighted to be in partnership with Italian family run business, Bottene, who have been making fresh pasta making machines since 1805. From the original hand pasta machine, the Bigolaro, making around 0.5kg of fresh “Bigoli”, to the current range of pasta making machines, which can produce anything from 3 to 50 kgs of fresh pasta per hour, Cuisinequip can offer the perfect pasta maker for any sized commercial kitchen. With a variety of dies that provide the ability to produce up to 70 different types of fresh pasta, enabling you to create a unique menu for your restaurant, it’s no wonder Bottene are already the pasta maker of choice for restaurants such as Café Rojano, Sprezzatura Dublin, Café Murano and Sugo Glasgow. Bottene’s practical and easy to use range of pasta makers allow the chef to select their own ingredients to make a high-quality fresh pasta, that can even accommodate allergen free recipes, at as little as 15 pence per portion. Most Bottene pasta makers are delivered complete with four standard dies, ready to make spaghetti, fettuccini, rigatoni and lasagne, which will provide a great base for your menu, but with an extensive die choice and additional options for ravioli and bespoke pasta dies, you can add flexibility and individuality to your menu with ease.

Small Contribution. Big Impact.

We believe in staying open to everyone, but creating this content takes real resources. If you’ve ever found value here—whether it’s a recipe, an interview, or a laugh when you needed it most—consider giving just £3 to keep it going.
