Olympic Dining experience from Scottish Culinary Team

Currently ranked 12th in the world Team Scotland are going to compete at the Culinary Olympics in Germany in October.The Culinary Team is made up of chefs from all sectors of the industry who give their time freely to practice and compete for their country.We are currently working our way to the fundraising target of £40,000 and have been generously supported by industry but we are not there yet.
 
To help us on our way we are going to run a pop up restaurant with the team at Motherwell college on Monday the 25th June from 6pm onwards.
 
This allows you to experience the team's Olympic menu whilst giving them the opportunity to hone their competition skills in a restaurant scenario simmilar to the Olympic competition.
 
Kevin MacGillivray President of the Federation of Chefs Scotland says " we are hoping that the restaurant gives the team the opportunity to showcase their menu to a wider audience and that both the Scottish Hospitality Industry and  the Scottish Public will know more about what the team do. They are fantastic ambassadors for Scotland and our great food and drink ."
