Eglfing, Germany – Convotherm launches the mini pro, the most advanced compact combi oven available. At just 19.6” wide, this next-generation oven delivers performance and versatility once thought impossible in such a small footprint. The mini pro handles high-throughput cooking with less energy, labour, and space—ideal for QSRs, convenience stores, cafés, bakeries, and chain operations of every size.

The Convotherm mini pro is the first compact combi oven to offer AI-driven Optical Cooking, Solid-to-Liquid (S2L) Cleaning, and streamlined stacking—redefining what’s possible in small-format kitchens.

Smart Cooking with AI-Powered ConvoSense
The mini pro is the first compact combi oven to offer Optical Cooking technology. With ConvoSense, the oven automatically detects the food placed inside and launches the corresponding cooking program – no need for staff input. This automation helps operators reduce training time, maintain consistency, and operate with fewer errors. It can save up to 60 minutes of labour daily*, lower energy usage by 28%*, and reduce food waste by 17%* - all of which support better margins and more sustainable operations.
Through integration with KitchenConnect®, operators can manage menus, monitor performance, and optimise production remotely across multiple locations.
Performance Without Compromise
The new AirFlowPro circulation system increases airflow volume by up to 80%* and doubles the airflow speed for faster, more accurate results, with no increase in energy consumption. The MaxiCavity chamber accommodates both GN and U.S. sheet pans, while the new EasyRack system adds another shelf to boost capacity by 25% and simplify loading.
The 2in1 Control system allows either oven in a stacked configuration to control both units. This flexible interface simplifies operation and enhances ergonomics.
Space-Saving, Stackable Design
With its compact width and EasyStack system, the mini pro saves more than 17% space*, and unlike competitor models, that require additional complex stacking hardware, Convotherm’s mini pro’s EasyStack is designed to stack seamlessly out of the box. Its award-winning design, recognised by the 2025 Good Design Award, and The Red Dot Design Award, makes it an attractive choice for open kitchens and food-to-go counters. The mini pro is flush mount at the back and can be integrated into standard kitchen units.
Next-Generation Cleaning with S2L Technology
The mini pro introduces the revolutionary Solid-to-Liquid (S2L) Cleaning to the compact oven class. With ConvoClean S2L, two cartridges containing solid detergent and rinse agents are put in place and automatically dispensed, turned to liquid and mixed as required for the selected wash programme.
The new Integrated Water Quality Manager monitors the mineral content of the water supply and determines the perfect mix of detergent and rinse agents depending on how hard/ soft the water. When a cleaning programme is selected, it will then dispense the correct mix for a perfect clean, every time. The new mini pro also comes with a built in hand shower as standard. Ideal for a quick spray of the oven before cleaning, the hand shower can minimise the need for a heavy duty cleaning cycle.
Using the ConvoClean S2L recyclable cartridges saves storage space, and each cartridge delivers approximately 30 cleaning cycles, resulting in savings, as the auto dosage technology ensures that only the necessary amount of detergents is used. The cleaning agents are phosphate-free and biodegradable, and with optimised packaging and logistics help reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 80%*.

The mini pro’s Intelligent Steam Management System uses advanced sensors to regulate steam and humidity precisely, cutting water use by up to 85%^ and energy use by up to 15%^ during cooking. Its triple-glazed door minimises heat loss and improves energy efficiency, while the oven’s robust construction and service-friendly design ensures a longer lifecycle with fewer service issues.
