What Consumers and Chefs Want?

New research from Wrapmaster has delved into what consumers think when it comes to eating out in the ‘new normal’. 


With a growing focus on food safety standards, 74% now say hygiene is the most important consideration - taking priority over the quality of food (55%) and value for money (33%). 

Most significantly 71% say they will now check hygiene standards online or with the venue before booking a table. And nine out of ten diners (93%) say they would feel better if kitchens used equipment that can be sterilised.

Unhygienic cardboard cutters and loose rolls are a no in the kitchen, with 81% preferring operators to use Wrapmaster. 

This figure rises to a staggering 93% of chefs, who think that the professional Wrapmaster dispensers are safer and more hygienic to use.
