Chocolate & Pistachio Biscotti

Just great

Ingredients

  • 360g plain flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 220g vanilla sugar
  • 140g pistachios
  • 100g dark chocolate callettes
  • 4 egg yolks

Method

Mix all ingredients in kitchen aid
Form into 4 long sausage shapes in Silpat lined baking sheet
Bake in combi at 170*c 10% steam for 20 mins
Take out from oven and cut into slices and lay back on sheet and name for another 5 minutes to dry out
Store in kilner jars and keep away from pesky front of house staff!
