Ingredients

  • Applewood Smoked Cheese
  • Parma Ham
  • #Olive Oil Powder#
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Rosemary
  • 2 tsps Special Ingredients Zorbit
  • #Nectarine Fluid Gel#
  • 200g Fresh Nectarine Juice
  • 100g Sugar
  • 20g Special Ingredients Ultratex

Method

1) Cut The Applewood Smoked Cheese Into Small Cubes
2) Wrap The Cheese Cubes With The Parma Ham Before Frying.
#Olive Oil Powder#
1) Mix 2 tbsp of Olive Oil And Some Blitzed Rosemary with 4 tbsp of Special Ingredients Zorbit. Adding Salt to Season.
#Nectarine Fluid Gel#
1) Mix The Fresh Necterine Juice And Sugar Together Then Gradually Add the Ultratex.
#Serving Suggestion#
1) We served this with Halved Slices of Apple Brushed with Butter and Sugar..
