Apple Granite

Apple granite

Ingredients

  • 250g Apple juice,
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 80g fizzy water

Method

Bring 20g water with sugar to boil to dissolve, then mix with the rest and pour into shallow large tray and freeze for 12 hours
Scrape with fork to fluff up
Keeps for up to 1 month in freezer
