Apple Sorbet

Apple Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 500g apple puree
  • 10g lemon juice
  • 500g pacolag
  • 2 g green food colouring

Method

Bring all to the boil and mix all together and freeze in pacojet containers
Freeze for 24 hours then churn
