baked white choc and pistachio cheesecake

Pulse cheese, egg and yolk, vanilla and amaretto.
Add chocolate and praline.


  • 5oz pistachio nuts
  • 3oz sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2lb cream cheese
  • 4 eggs plus 1 yolk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • amaretto
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 14oz melted white chocolate


Pulse cheese, egg and yolk, vanilla and amaretto.
Add chocolate and praline.
Bake at 150°C for one and half hours (approx.)
