- 2 tbsp water
- FILLING:
- 2lb cream cheese
- 4 eggs plus 1 yolk
- 1 vanilla pod
- amaretto
- pinch nutmeg
- 14oz melted white chocolate

Pulse cheese, egg and yolk, vanilla and amaretto.
Add chocolate and praline.
Bake at 150°C for one and half hours (approx.)
