slice bananas on deli slicer or mandolin, then dip in the stock syrup, drain off and then lay out on silpat lined tray, lay out another silpat on top and tray
Bake @ 160c for 20 minutes then check to see if they are crispy and not coloured.
When cooked, remove from oven and leave for 5 mins, before removing tray
Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
