- 4 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Apple juice
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cups Natural yoghurt
- 2 Apples
- 1/4 cup Honey

Method
1. Place the oats in a bowl and cover with apple juice, milk and honey to moisten them. Cover the bowl with cling film and chill overnight in the fridge.
2. Coarsely grate the apples (discarding the pips) and stir into the oats. Stir in enough yoghurt to reach a desired consistency. You could also add more milk, yoghurt or apple juice to loosen the mixture if it is too thick.
3. Serve the muesli in bowl topped with the seasonal berries of your choice or a sliced banana or whatever you have to hand.
