Blueberry compote

Component of the Raspberries, Lime and Marinated Blueberries with Chocolate Streusel recipe


  • 250 gr blueberries
  • 80 gr icing sugar
  • Half orange zest
  • Half orange juice


Put everything into a pan and warm gently until sugar has completely melted.
